Spring Forwards: Workshop and Brunch
A workshop and brunch aimed at finding purpose and growth on and off the mat
Join us for a beautiful Sunday session in London on March 18th at the luxurious Mortimer House. These 4 hours will be dedicated to helping you deepen your yoga practice and support this practice with a clearer mind.
Here's what to expect:
Please arrive 10 minutes early, so we can start our session at 9:30am
9:30 to 11am - Meditation, breath work & a dynamic Vinyasa flow with Caroline (@theyoginist) to music. The flow will include pranayama, meditation and tips and tricks on some back bends and flying postures.
Mats are available, or bring your own if your own if you prefer.
11:15 to 12.15pm – Coaching with Clare. Spring provides the perfect time for renewal and growth. We will reassess and rebalance your life and plant seeds to enable you to grow and thrive in the coming months.
12:15 to 1.30pm – Gathering over a delicious vegetarian brunch from the Mortimer House kitchen. The perfect occasion to meet new people and to ask us any questions you may have, whilst sharing our love for yoga and self-development!
