Easy Peasy 3 steps Seed crackers recipe

Winter is coming and with it comes more nibbling and desire for comfy food. So whether you are on the go or in the mood for a little apperitivo her eis the recipe !

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of corn or rice flour
  • 3/4 cups of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of flax seeds
  • 3/4 cups of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 of canola or sunflower oil
  • 1 cup of boiling water

Mix all ingredients together, and cover a cookie sheet with baking paper and spread the mixture. I like it when thin, so adapt accordingly to your tastes.

Bake at 150C for 50-60 minutes (depending on how thich your mixture is).

Let it cool down then break it into pieces.

Of course you can play with this recipe as much as you want, adding other types of seeds, maybe even some Parmesan ? Enjoy and happy snacking ! :)
